Submissions Open for 2025 Top 10 Roads and Bridges Awards

May 27, 2025
The deadline to submit to the annual awards is Sept. 1, 2025

We’re not even halfway through 2025, but our editorial team is already gearing up for the magazine’s annual end of year awards — the Top 10 Roads and Top 10 Bridges.

The holidays will be here before you know it. And like Christmas shopping, it’s better if you don’t wait to the last minute with submitting to these awards, especially if you want to beat the early bird deadline.

Starting today, you can submit your entries for Roads & Bridges’ Top 10 Roads and Top 10 Bridges awards for 2025. The deadline to enter a project for consideration is Sept. 1. The early-bird deadline is June 24.

All entered projects must have reached the final phase of construction within the last 18 months (we do this in case there are projects that entered the final phase after we closed submissions for 2024’s awards).

You can submit multiple entries. Past winners are ineligible to submit. Check out the list of last year’s winners here.

The complete list of the 2025 winners will be recognized in the November/December issue of Roads & Bridges.

When completing your nomination form, it is important to include as many project details as possible. Tell us the story of the project: the project’s significance, the problem it solves, the challenges the team overcame, the technology used and anything else that makes it unique.

The Roads & Bridges editorial team judges these awards. Submissions that only have a few sentences describing the project are boring, won’t grab our attention, and likely won’t win.

We also love action shots from the jobsite, so don’t forget to send photographs (at least five high-resolution pictures and please make sure the file sizes are large).

To submit a nomination form, go here.

Any questions regarding the nomination process can be directed to Senior Managing Editor Gavin Jenkins at [email protected].

Good luck to all who submit!
