Roads & Bridges’ Awards Deadlines Extended
It is awards season at Roads & Bridges and the editorial team wants to make sure all potential winners have enough time to complete their submissions.
That is why we are extending our Top 10 Road and Bridge Awards deadline to Sept. 25 and our 40 Under 40 Awards deadline to Sept. 8.
The annual Top 10 Road and Bridge Awards accept projects that have reached the final phase of construction within the last 18 months. Multiple entries are allowed.
You can submit a nomination here.
The winners will be featured in our November/December issue. Explore last year’s awardees here.
When completing your Top 10 nomination form, include as many project details as possible. Tell us the story of the project: its significance, the problem it solves, the challenges the team overcame, the technology used and anything else that makes it stand out.
Make sure to include photographs as well. At least five high-resolution pictures with large file sizes are preferred.
The inaugural 40 Under 40 Awards recognize outstanding leaders in the road or bridge industries. We will celebrate 40 individuals for their contributions in our February 2026 cover feature.
This is not a ranking, but a listing of young professionals who have shown a capacity for innovation, demonstrated leadership and commitment to making an impact in the design, construction and or maintenance of roads and bridges in North America.
Winners must be 39 or younger on Feb. 1, 2026, and they must be nominated by a colleague. Submit your nominations here.
Any questions regarding either awards’ submission process can be directed to Senior Managing Editor Gavin Jenkins at [email protected].
