TC3 is a technical service program within AASHTO that focuses on developing training products for technical staff in the areas of construction, maintenance and materials. Its library of more than 120 online training modules is continually expanding and being updated, and over 90% of its courses are recommended for professional development hours. As a national resource, it helps states, local government and industry save money at a critical time of infrastructure investment through coordinated course development, a web-based learning management system and information and resource-sharing that is available at a substantially reduced cost. With its subscription prepaid training options, it helps further reduce the cost of training for private contracting or consulting firms, government transportation agencies and academic institutions.
