Question: Which U.S. state is home to the Christmas Valley Back Country Byway?
Answer: Oregon
The Christmas Valley Back Country Byway is a 93-mile country road through Oregon's Outback. The roadways provides access to desert landscapes and showcases the state's unique geological features, such as dunes comprised mostly of 7,000-year-old pumice and ash. One of the many spectacles along the byway is an isolated pine forest, known as the Lost Forest, located in the middle of the desert.
