The construction of the U.S. 181 Harbor Bridge has involved collaboration among a number of entities under the direction of the Texas Department of Transportation. Work includes replacing the existing Harbor Bridge and reconstruction of portions of U.S. 181, I-37 and the Crosstown Expressway.
