Cartegraph, Dubuque, Iowa, has released an updated version of YourGOV Mobile, a citizen request application that allows users to report nonemergency issues and service requests, such as potholes, vandalism and street light outages, directly from their mobile smartphones. In addition to updated features and increased performance, the latest version of YourGOV Mobile is fully functional on any smartphone running Google’s Android operating system (version 2.1 and higher).
