Providing a safe approach to lift workers to difficult-to-reach areas, JLG Industries Inc., McConnelsburg, Pa., announced earlier this year that it has introduced a new personnel work platform for use with its JLG, Gradall, Lull and SkyTrak telehandlers. This new attachment provides added safety and versatility and is compliant with the requirements of ANSI/ITSDF B56.6-2005.

The use of the personnel work platform on JLG brands of telehandlers allows workers to be lifted as high as 55 ft on rough-terrain jobsites where access with alternative equipment could be difficult.

This new attachment provides added safety and versatility and is compliant with the requirements of ANSI/ITSDF B56.6-2005.

The use of the personnel work platform on JLG brands of telehandlers allows workers to be lifted as high as 55 ft on rough-terrain jobsites where access with alternative equipment could be difficult.

The 32-sq-ft platform features 1,000-lb capacity, which comfortably and safely holds two people, with sturdy steel mesh flooring, eight lanyard attachment points and a swing gate for easy entry and exit. The fork-mounted unit can be quickly installed and securely locked in place.
