Answer: A Celtic Harp

The Samuel Beckett Bridge was built to resemble a Celtic harp rotating through the air. It serves as an icon for the Docklands area and of Dublin itself. The bridge moves, rotating 90 degress horizontally and crosses the river at right angles with a span of about 403.5 feet.
