LeeBoy, manufacturer of asphalt paving products, announced the appointment of Kelly Majeskie as president and chief operating officer. Majeskie will draw on his 24 years of road construction industry experience to advance LeeBoy's leadership position in the highly competitive road construction and maintenance equipment market.

Majeskie, who joined LeeBoy in 2000, previously served as vice president-sales and marketing, with responsibility for all LeeBoy product brands. Prior to that, his experience with industry-leading manufacturers Ingersoll-Rand, Champion and Astec Industries included management in manufacturing, sales and marketing.

"(Majeskie's) unique industry experience has included sales, marketing, operations and management roles with manufacturers, distributors and contractors," said Edward Underwood, chairman of the B.R. Lee Industries board of directors. "His strong background, leadership and broad understanding of today's business environment will help LeeBoy to expand its market presence and continue to enhance its industry-leading paving, grading and road maintenance and construction products."
