In the September issue, Roads & Bridges looks at the world of public-private partnerships (P3s), including the South Mountain Freeway project in Phoenix, Ariz., the largest project of its kind in state history. We also look at where we are as a nation regarding P3 projects. Our Span Spotlight for this issue is the I-74 bridge in the Quad Cities, which should be complete in 3.5 years.
