The editors of Roads & Bridges visited the site of the $475 million Jane Byrne Interchange project in Chicago, Ill., earlier this summer. The interchange is the meeting place for the I-90 Kennedy Expressway, the I-290 Eisenhower, and the I-94 Dan Ryan.
