Feb. 18, 2016

This is the third of six appearance of roadways in Los Angeles to hold positions on this list, and the adjectives are already running thin. The 5.2 miles between Venice and Wilshire Boulevards account for $169 million in lost dollars and 6.3 million hours killed off in gridlock. Nearly 2 million gallons of gasoline gets wasted, too.
