ITS World Congress has released the full agenda for its 2025 conference, set for Aug. 24–28 at the Georgia World Congress Center. Themed “Deploying Today, Empowering Tomorrow,” the event will highlight how intelligent transportation technologies are actively being implemented to improve safety, ease congestion and spur economic growth.
Organized by RX in partnership with ITS America, the global gathering will include keynote addresses, expert panels, tech demonstrations and international forums. Registration is now open.
“This year’s lineup reflects the diversity and innovation within the ITS community,” said Jaime McAuley, event director, in a statement. “We’re excited to bring together global voices to share impactful transportation solutions.”
The opening ceremony will spotlight Atlanta’s leadership in adopting smart mobility tools to address regional growth and improve travel efficiency.
Plenary sessions will address major industry topics:
- Aug. 26: Improving safety and efficiency through connected and automated technologies, sponsored by Arcadis.
- Aug. 27: Exploring secure and interoperable systems to unlock economic potential, sponsored by Miovision.
- Aug. 28: Strengthening infrastructure resilience using AI and emerging technologies, sponsored by Google.
Additional sessions will focus on cybersecurity, artificial intelligence’s role in transit and infrastructure and transportation planning for major events like the 2026 World Cup.

Atlanta, home to Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport and the nation's largest V2X infrastructure deployment, will serve as an ideal host for exploring real-world mobility innovation, according to organizers.
