As the city of Klaukkala, Finland continues to grow, its road system has become increasingly busy, especially since much of the traffic was routed through the city’s center. To ease congestion and improve traffic safety, the Finnish Transport Infrastructure Agency planned a EUR 34 million bypass road that would accommodate growing transportation needs and direct traffic away from the city center.
