Dustin Parkman is Vice President of Transportation Mobility at Bentley Systems. He has held several senior product and business development positions throughout his career and has specialized in developing products and solutions that service the infrastructure industry. Parkman has degrees in computer science and economics and has dedicated his career to creating technology that allows engineers, contractors, and owners to automate the construction and operation of infrastructure.

Julianne Fuda, P.E.
Assistant Director, Structures Design Bureau
New York State Department of Transportation 

Julianne Fuda is the Assistant Director for the Structures Design Bureau within in the NYSDOT Office of Structures. She oversees the final design of new and replacement bridge projects, as well as rehabilitations, throughout New York State. She has also been involved in many accelerated design and construction bridge projects, including emergency repairs. Julianne has over 13 years of bridge design experience in both the public and private sector as a designer, squad leader, and project engineer. She graduated from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, NY with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and is a registered professional engineer in the State of NY. Julianne is also a member of the Department’s Model Based Contracting Committee and was the technical lead for the structures portion of the East 138th Bridge Replacement over the Major Deegan Expressway, the Department’s second pilot project for digital delivery.

Barritt Lovelace
Director of UAS, AI and Reality Modeling

Barritt Lovelace is a licensed professional engineer and has over 25 years of bridge design and inspection experience. He has designed over 50 bridges and has performed over 3,000 bridge inspections.  He is a certified diver, rope access technician, non-destructive testing technician, UAS Pilot, and NHI Instructor. Barritt currently serves as the Director of UAS, Artificial Intelligence and Reality Modeling for Collins Engineers, Inc.

Burak Boyaci
Director, Software Development, Bridge & Tunnel

Burak Boyaci began his career as a Bridge Design Engineer. During his 7-year long journey with an engineering consultant firm, he became proficient in multiple bridge design software and finite element modeling. In 2017, he joined Bentley as a Product Manager in the bridge group. Over the 4 years, he managed various bridge and tunnel products and experienced a few new product launches. Currently, he leads the Bentley’s Bridge & Tunnel Group. He holds a Master of Science degree from the University of Massachusetts and is a registered professional engineer.
