Morris Levy has been named chairman of the board at Parsons Brinckerhoff Inc


Morris Levy has been named chairman of the board at Parsons Brinckerhoff Inc., an international program management, engineering and construction management organization.


A PB employee for over 35 years, Levy is a senior vice president and New England district manager for Parsons Brinckerhoff Quade & Douglas Inc., PB's U.S. infrastructure arm. He has been responsible for some of the firm's larger projects, including the Central Artery/Tunnel and the North Station Transportation Improvement Project in Boston.


Levy has been serving as a director for PB since 1998, and is chair of the board's nominating committee. He has previously served on the key employee stock ownership plan committee, the career development committee and the Americas management committee.
