ROAD CONSTRUCTION: Project Neon turns in glowing report

Sept. 11, 2017

Work is on schedule and on budget; zero injuries in 400,000 hours

Roads & Bridges had the opportunity to tour the Project Neon project site in Las Vegas on Sept. 7, and progress was prominent. Forty-four percent of the job was complete at the end of August, and Martin Luther King Blvd. was already finished and open to traffic. The MLK is essentially a frontage road for I-15. Crews also were setting girders for the HOV flyover. The 2,000-ft-long structure will connect NB I-15 to NB 95 and SB I-15 to SB 95. Please take a look at the 360 shots taken at the site.
