World of Asphalt named one of 50 fastest growing trade shows

The World of Asphalt Show and Conference has been named as one of the 50 fastest growing trade shows in the U.S. and Canada by the Tradeshow Week exposition-industry publication.

World of Asphalt received recognition for its growth in exhibit space from 2001 to 2004, with the 2004 show nearly doubling in size compared to the inaugural World of Asphalt held in 2001.

The next World of Asphalt, to be held in 2006, continues this steady growth and will be the largest World of Asphalt Show and Conference ever at more than 55,000 net sq ft of exhibit space reserved with four months to go before the show opens.

World of Asphalt 2006 will be held March 13-16, 2006, at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Fla. In addition to the show’s extensive exhibits of the latest innovations and technologies in asphalt-related equipment, products and services, the event will feature two educational conferences, the Asphalt Pavement Alliance Asphalt Pavement Conference and the People, Plants and Paving Training Program. World of Asphalt also will feature a “best practices” equipment demonstration to complement the classroom sessions.
