The second annual Roads & Bridges Go-To List for Contractors contains the most recognized professionals in the industry divided into five categories.

Roads & Bridges surveyed its government official readers and asked them which contractor they preferred to work with and tallied the results to form the Go-To List. Please note that these rankings reflect owner preference, not gross earnings.

The voting ballot was sent to more than 10,000 government officials from various levels of government, and the response received provided a representative sample that is projectable over the entire Roads & Bridges circulation of approximately 22,000 government subscribers.
