Schwarze’s RP7 Roadpatcher® is an all-in-one solution for velocity spray patching. It has a 6 cu. yd hopper for aggregate and up to 400-gallon emulsion on board. The RP7 utilizes a four-step process to complete repairs to cracks and potholes from the comfort and safety of the cab. Mix-on-demand eliminates the dependency on commercially premixed materials. The unit can operate year-round and patch both asphalt and concrete. Traffic flow can continue immediately after the repair.
