BOMAG CR662

June 25, 2013

Featuring rubber track drive, the BOMAG CR662RM RoadMix paver features outboard drive spreading augers that eliminate the center gearbox and need for reversing augers, reducing the occurrence of centerline segregation. The motors independently drive two spread auger sections to efficiently deliver material to both the left- and right-hand sections of the screed.

The CR662RM includes the Remix Anti-Segregation System design, which virtually eliminates material and thermal segregation at the last stage of the paving process. Counter-rotating augers uniformly draw down material from all areas of the hopper and aggressively reblend the asphalt.

In a matter of hours, the CR662RM optionally converts to an MTV, significantly boosting machine utilization.
