Matt is also the Executive Director of the ARTBA Foundation. We are also joined by Melanie Laird, the Scholarship Program Manager for ARTBA.
Matthew and Melanie spoke with Roads & Bridges about ARTBA's “Lanford Family Highway Worker Memorial Scholarship” program, which aims to help the children of highway workers who were killed or permanently disabled on the job to receive post-high school financial assistance.
