Summary

In the surveying industry, professionals often face the challenge of choosing between traditional tools like total stations and theodolites, and modern 3D reality capture technology. Traditional methods, while accurate, can be time-consuming and labor-intensive, whereas 3D laser scanning offers speed and comprehensive data but can seem overwhelming to integrate with established practices. This dichotomy can lead to inefficiencies and missed opportunities for enhanced precision and productivity.

Join this webinar to discover how to effectively combine 3D laser scanning with traditional surveying tools. During this session, you will learn:

  • How 3D laser scanning and traditional surveying tools work seamlessly to enhance
    precision and efficiency
  • How to implement 3D laser scanning alongside total stations and theodolites
  • Best practices for merging point cloud data with traditional survey data for
    comprehensive analysis and modeling.
  • The true cost implications and ROI when integrating these complementary technologies.
