Speaker

Chip Darius has over 30 years of experience as an occupational safety & health professional. He frequently serves as an expert witness in legal cases involving work zone safety fatalities and catastrophic injuries. He has conducted international training on work zone safety for the International Road Federation (IRF), and serves on the IRF Global Safer Work Zone Practices Task Force. Chip has helped advance safety for a multitude of construction, utility, and general industry clients, of all sizes. He has authored articles on work zone safety and runover/backover prevention, is an ATSSA Flagger Instructor, and has been faculty for the OSHA Training Institute Region 1 Education Center since 2002.
