The advanced capabilities of the BlueTOAD Spectra from TrafficCast International include tracing anonymous Bluetooth signals from mobile devices in vehicles to determine travel times, road speeds and vehicle movements. BlueTOAD is able to detect devices that are in non-discoverable mode, and offers a greater amount of data as well as significant increases in Origin/Destination mechanics. It also possesses reporting capabilities such as intersection delay and travel-time reliablity.
