Built ruggedly with seamless die-cast metal construction, these fully gasketed weatherproof 120-V WFA incandescent fixtures from O-Z/Gedney, Rosemont, Ill., are perfect for building sites, tunnels, bridges and subways. Because a protective powder coating is applied to WFA fixtures, they are exceptionally resistant to water and corrosion. The clear, heat-resistant glass globe, as well as the rugged wire guard, stands up to rough service to extend fixture life and value.
Three mounting models are available for the WFA to meet specific application requirements: pendant, ceiling and wall. Each is for use with 100- or 200-watt medium base lamps. WFA fixtures are factory-assembled to assure easy installation and feature threaded openings for conduit fittings. No separate outlet box is required. To minimize downtime, the globe screws out for faster lamp changeovers and simplified maintenance.
