AAA expects 64 million Americans to travel this Christmas and New Year holiday. The Florida Department of Transportation’s free 511 travel information service can help drivers get to holiday travel destinations on time. 511 provides enhanced travel information for I-4, I-14 and other local roadways.

Users can personalize their route by logging on to www.myflorida511.com. There they can create personal profiles to and from their destinations, including the Orlando International Airport and the Orlando Sanford International Airport.

Callers also can transfer to the LYNX bus system, Port Canaveral or any other regional 511 system across the state, including Jacksonville, Tampa Bay, Southeast Florida or Southwest Florida.
