With 20 years of experience at the company, including 16 years as Operations Manager before his 2022 promotion, Caleb specializes in latex-modified concrete solutions for bridge deck preservation. He served as project lead on the Gordie Howe International Bridge, coordinating across the U.S.-Canadian border. Known for his technical expertise and strategic leadership, Caleb is a recognized authority in latex-modified concrete innovation, specialty concrete solutions, and large-scale project execution across 32 states in the U.S. and Canada.

A civil engineering and construction management graduate from The Pennsylvania State University, he served 12 years as Operations Manager before his promotion. Jacob specializes in latex-modified concrete, managing mix designs and specifications in collaboration with state departments of transportation, as well as overseeing operations. Known for his hands-on leadership, he ensures project quality and troubleshoots field challenges. He holds multiple state certifications for specification design and project management and is a trusted expert in bridge deck preservation.
