In the October issue, Roads & Bridges announces our Top 10 Road projects for 2018. The editorial team had a difficult task narrowing down the list to just 10 winners after receiving several nominations this year. The list includes our selection for the number one road project of the year, which went to the Northwest Corridor Express Lanes project in Atlanta. This issue also includes a feature on bridge preservation on Philadelphia's Vine Street Expressway.
