V3 was the recipient of an Honor Award from the Consulting Engineering Council of Illinois at the 34th Annual Engineering Excellence Awards Luncheon for its work on the I-74 reconstruction in Peoria, the largest downstate public project in Illinois history.
V3 provided construction engineering services on the project, including the widening and reconstruction of two major urban arterial roadways, as well as the reconstruction of two interchanges and six bridges over I-74.
The Engineering Excellence Awards (EEA) competition recognizes engineering firms for projects that demonstrate a high degree of achievement, value and ingenuity.
V3 also received an "excellent" rating from the Illinois Department of Transportation for this project.
