The RM500 from Caterpillar combines excellent performance and reliability to achieve the most demanding job specifications while maximizing machine uptime, working well in both full-depth reclamation and soil stabilization applications. Operating weight for the RM500 is approximately 62,060 lb when equipped with a ROPS, a cab and a universal rotor. The RM500 has a cutting width of 96 in. Three rotor options are available. The combination rotor, a good selection for soil stabilization and light asphalt reclamation, has a 20-in. maximum mixing depth.
