This time around, we take a more positive look at where nearly $6 billion in water infrastructure funding is going. Almost half the funding will be available as grants or principal forgiveness loans, ensuring funds reach underserved communities most in need.

The programs had 250,000 participants in FY23, but only 18% completers.
