Did you know that most bridges in the United States were designed to last 50 years, but that nearly 40% of America’s bridges are over 50 years old?
In addition, nearly 10% of bridges nationwide are classified as “structurally-deficient.” With such a large portion of bridges under severe aging and structural stress that can lead to serious consequences, bridge owners can implement a long-term monitoring system to stay informed of their bridge’s condition before disaster strikes.
Join this webinar to hear MISTRAS’ industry experts discuss implementing a long-term, unattended structural health monitoring (SHM) system to discuss:
- Reducing bridge maintenance costs
- Enhancing bridge safety
- Prolonging bridge lifespan
- Utilizing Acoustic
- Emission for SHM
- SHM system case studies
The webinar is ideal for bridge owners and maintenance management personnel of suspension, cable stay, pre-tensioned, post-tensioned, concrete, and steel bridges.
