WEBINAR OVERIVEW:

IP technology enables traffic planners to collect, analyze and respond to multi-media traffic information faster than ever before. Streaming video cameras provide up-to-the-minute information, while sensors judge speed and count vehicles. Intelligent signage advises motorists of hazards, and alerts are sent to response teams almost instantaneously. However, none of this information is available if the system goes down. This webinar offers information on what types of hardening are available for network systems and how to implement communications infrastructure using both cabling and wireless transmission that ensures that ITS systems operate reliably.
