HNTB Corp. announced today that it has entered into an agreement to purchase the stock of Florida-based TEI Engineers & Planners Inc. in an acquisition set to be final July 1. TEI's engineering and operations analysis, traffic signal systems, planning and environmental studies, highway design and ITS services will complement HNTB's comprehensive transportation engineering and design capabilities.
