Visitors can “test drive” Spectrum’s Equipment Control, Equipment Tracking, Fixed Asset and Preventive Maintenance modules. Equipment Control enables a construction company to charge equipment to jobs and provides profit reporting for each piece of equipment. With its single, easy-to-use screen, Equipment Tracking helps personnel track all movements (such as issues and returns) of equipment, tools and inventory.
Spectrum’s Fixed Assets module tracks assets and calculates depreciation amounts for financial reporting purposes. The Preventive Maintenance module streamlines the process of tracking and scheduling preventive maintenance and repairs on equipment.
