Facing the financial crisis, the investment into the infrastructure sector has doubled, which reaches RMB 4 trillion with the aim of stimulating domestic demand for the stable annually economic growth. Starting from 2009, China will undertake 52 new bridge construction projects with a total investment of up to RMB 120 billion. Under this background, Bridge Tech 2009 aims to invite over 150 industry leaders worldwide to jointly explore business opportunities and analyze technology innovations within emerging bridge markets in the world, particularly in the current ‘bridge land’ - China.
