BREAKING: I-5 Bridge in Wash. state collapses

Rural span was carrying vehicles at time of disaster

The I-5 Bridge over the Skagit River in rural Washington state collapsed Thursday night, dropping vehicles into the water.

State police believe because the span is located in a lightly populated area they did not believe there was mass casualties.
