The Bomag Economizer offers real-time data via dash-mounted LED lights which indicate compaction levels. Maximum compaction is achieved when the LEDs do not increase with subsequent roller passes, alerting the operator that no more passes are required, thus saving both time and money. A dropping LED number indicates a weak material area that can be immediately remedied. A red LED warns of over-compaction.
