With the introduction of the Versatile Track System (VTS), Loegering Manufacturing Inc. offers a foolproof solution to the dilemma of having to choose between a rubber-tire skid steer and a dedicated rubber-track loader. The VTS (Circle 907) is a complete rubber track undercarriage system that can be quickly bolted onto virtually any skid-steer loader. As a result, contractors can decide within an hour of putting a machine to work whether rubber tires or a rubber track undercarriage is best for a particular application.

The VTS (Circle 907) is a complete rubber track undercarriage system that can be quickly bolted onto virtually any skid-steer loader. As a result, contractors can decide within an hour of putting a machine to work whether rubber tires or a rubber track undercarriage is best for a particular application. VTS offers an easy-on/easy-off design that allows the rubber track undercarriage with 18-in. wide tracks to be bolted directly to the hubs of many skid-steer loaders. No machine modifications are required. With VTS installed, a skid steer will have significantly more drive torque, traction and stability. At the same time, ground pressure under the 18-in.-wide tracks is reduced to less than 5 psi so it is ideal for work on loose, wet or unstable ground conditions.
