    Freedom Series Thru Truss

    The U.S. Bridge Freedom Series Thru Truss is suited for applications that span lengths of up to 300 ft with a single lane and 275 ft with a double lane. The all-bolted connection Thru Truss Series bridges are high- or box-truss bridges. It involves the addition of sway braces and portal frames (transverse bracing) to low-truss bridges, which increases their span capability. This extends their applicability to clear-span longer gaps.
