ComNet introduced the CLFE4US1TPC, an Ethernet switch that combines four 10/100TX Ethernet signals and transports them over one coaxial cable or RJ-45 cable. The CLFE4US1TPC can extend the transmission distance to 1500 meters using COAX or 900 meters using RJ-45 cable. This product is designed for applications where existing copper media, such as coaxial cable or twisted pair (UTP) is currently installed and an upgrade to an IP–based system is required.
