The 400 Series skid steers (Circle 911) from Case, Racine, Wis., come in five radial- and three vertical-lift models that range from 49 to 82 net hp, with operating loads from 1,500 to 3,000 lb. These models feature an extra-heavy-duty design, Tier 2-certified engines and improved reliability and efficiency. A new cooling system provides balanced cooling to both the engine and hydraulics. For operator comfort and ease of operation, Case skid steers are equipped with low-effort servo-hydrostatic controls that reduce fatigue.
