    Designed to handle the large samples required in Superpave specifications, the SP-55 Quartermaster from Gilson Co. Inc., Lewis Center Ohio, safely and accurately divides any hot-mix asphalt sample for quality control analysis. Field samples of 120 lb or more are reduced, ensuring representative samples for consistent laboratory results. Only occasional cleanup is required to prevent buildup on exposed surfaces.
