TC3 has launched its improved mobile app, which is available for Android and iOS. The new app provides on-the-job aids; up-to-date news, materials and resources; and course listings. The goal of the TC3 is to improve the quality of construction, rehabilitation and maintenance of the transportation infrastructure by increasing the knowledge and skills of the personnel who work in these disciplines. The purpose of the free app is to serve as a mobile training resource and keep people apprised of TC3 developments and other related transportation news.

- On-the-job aids: TC3 has broken out 25 of its courses into useful checklists and guidelines that can be accessed at the job site.
- New look and feel: The app framework has been completely redesigned and improved functionality has been added to make the experience seamless. Browsing the curriculum has never been easier.
- Helpful training and department resources: TC3 wants to make training as easy and affordable as possible for users. Helpful materials in the app's State Champion Resources explain things like how to register for a course, the benefits of the training to the department or technicians, and how to get courses on a particular state's learning management system.
